Offer will be a multiplier of the unit prices. Multiplier must contain offeror's overhead, profit and all other costs of doing business. Contract will be for asbestos and lead abatement on various postal facilities at predetermined unit prices. Specific work orders will be issued for not less than $500 each nor more than $250,000 each during this contract. Total quantity of work under this contract will not be less than $10,000 nor more than $500,000. The initial contract amount may be increased if required in increments of $500,000 up to a total of $1,000,000 over the twenty- four (24) month period commencing with the date of the contract award. Successful offeror will be required to furnish proof of general liability, commercial liability and special asbestos and lead abatement insurance. One or more contracts may be awarded at the discretion of the Contracting Officer. Evaluation factors in addition to price will be considered as follows: 1. Related project experience (asbestos and lead abatement activities); 2. Project staffing; 3. Company organization; 4. Financial stability, 5. Bonding and Insurance capacity; 6. References. Contractor's failure to provide requested information will result in an evaluation of ''poor'' for all applicable areas not submitted. Contract completion time will be twenty-four (24) months from the date of receipt of Notice to Proceed. Specifications will be available on or about January 5, 1996.
