The location of this project is the Center for Energy and Environmental Research (CEER) facility located at Mayaguez, Puerto Rico. ACM and ACBM includes Thermal System Installation (TSI), corrugated and non corrugated transite, and other bulk miscellaneous materials. All work will have to be performed in accordance with Federal, Department of Energy, Puerto Rico's Environmental Quality Board and local Regulations. A prebid conference is tentatively set for March 6, 1996, at the location. This solicitation shall be unrestricted, all interested bidders are encouraged. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 - $500,000. This shall be a firm fixed price sealed bid solicitation. The cost for this package shall be $50.00 and only checks will be accepted.
