The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Medical Center Carswell, located at Naval Air Station Fort Worth, Joint Reserve Base, Carswell Field, Texas, plans to issue a solicitation on or about February 1, 1996, for the construction of a water line to the Federal Medical Center. The project will consist of approximately 5650 feet of 16-inch pipe, connections to the Fort Worth municipal water system, meters, control valve on incoming water service controlled by the water level in an existing elevated tank and other miscellaneous work. The successful bidder will be required to furnish all labor, equipment, and materials to complete the project. The construction cost is estimated to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
