The Naval Air Systems Command intends to place an order under Basic
Ordering Agreement N00019-94-G-0002 with Texas Instruments,
Incorporated (TI), PO Box 66246, M/S 3415, Dallas, TX 75266-0246 for
the repair of the AGM-88 High Speed Anti-Radiation Missile (HARM)
support equipment components. TI is the designer, developer, and sole
producer of the AGM-88 weapon system, and the only known firm
possessing the knowledge and intimate familiarity of the HARM system to
meet this requirement. See note No. 22 - NAVAIR Synopsis No. 20006-96.
