The purpose of this modification is to correct the bid opening date and the specifications stated in the original synopsis published on 3 Jan 96. The bid opening date was incorrectly stated the same as the award date. The bid opening date is changed to 23 Jan 96. The following two items were inadvertently ommitted from the specifications as stated in the original synopsis: (1) The flow rate is 50 pounds per second of GH2. (2) The original specifications shall be in accordance with Phillips Laboratory Propulsion Directorate General Specification (PLPDGS) 51342D, which will be furnished with the Request for Quote (RFQ).
