R -- PROFESSIONAL, ADMINISTRATIVE, AND MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SERVICES SOL N00164-96-R-0014 DUE 040896 POC Point of contact, Ms. Marlene Siddons, Contract Specialist, Code 1163WE, 812-854-3856, fax requests to 812-854-1841 Non-personal Technical and Engineering Services in support of Level IV inservice engineering agent, acquisition engineering agent, designated overhaul point and interim inventory control point for microwave tubes and components associated with AEGIS Combat System, AEGIS Weapon System and similar surveillance/tracking/fire control radars and communications. The tasking areas will include system integration, industrial production engineering support, depot level maintenance, and proof of concept validation and design review. Tasks will be identified in individual delivery orders which will contain a Statement of Work and Contract Data Requirements Lists (DD Form 1423). The contractor shall maintain a facility within a two-hour commute of NSWC Crane, IN. In addition, the contractor will be required to provide a liaison facility located at NSWC Crane, IN. The contract will consist of a basic period of performance of three years, and two one year options. The contract period of performance will not exceed five years. Source selection procedures include contractor evaluation criteria identified as: Technical capability, Personnel, Management and Organization, Quality, and Cost.
