Lutz VA Medical Center, Saginaw, MI. The work shall be accomplished by taking the dictation from a Digital Express 7000 Dictation System using contractor furnished equipment & a VA local telephone line and accessing the Medical Center's mainframe computer via modem to transcribe directly into Decentralized Hospital Computer Program using ASCII format. Service to begin o/a April 1, 1996 for a one year period with 3 one year options to extend. This is a 100% Set-Aside For Small Businesses. SIC 7338. Request For Proposal will be issued o/a 1 Feb 96. Requests for solicitation must be in writing and accompanied by a $20.00 non-refundable fee. Requests submitted without the required fee will not be honored. Funds are currently not available.
