The Officer in Charge requires the Contractor to provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to perform all operations to survey various buildings for steam, hot water recirculating, and chill water piping deficiencies including leaks and insulation. Repairs may also be ordered under this contract. Work will be accomplished by means of a combination of a Firm-Fixed Price/Indefinite Quantity contract.
