This notice constitutes notification of intent to solicit bids to provide packing, crating, drayage and storage of baggage and household goods on outbound shipments and storage delivery on inbound shipments (Schedules I and II). Intra-city and intra-area household goods moves and related services (Schedule III). Schedules I, II and III will be awarded to a single contractor. Area of Performance is Brevard County Florida. Period of performance is 1 Apr 96 thru 31 Mar 97 (Basic) plus Four option years. Successful offer must have Government approved warehouse to be determined at award. As a minimum, warehouse space must be at least 1300 square feet to store empty goverment-owned containers. The proposed contract is subject to the Service Contract Act. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. Applicable SIC code is 4214 and small business size standard is $18.5M. Issue date is 15 Feb and Bid opening date is 27 Mar 96.
