The USDA, Forest Service, Pacific Southwest Region intends to contract for One Type III Helicopter for operation at Trimmer Air Base, Fresno, CA. During the performance period, helicopter will be for exclusive use of the Government. The mandatory Availability Period is 6/2 - 10/31 or 152 days, 7 days a week, 9 hours of standby per day.
