Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, intends to award a firm fixed price contract for the Lease of One (1) track-mounted excavator with 36'' wide Grouser pads for a period of thirty (30) excavator days; One (1) D-6 LGP Dozer, or equal, with operator, for a period of thirty (30) dozer days; and mats. The performance period is to commence on or about 20 February 1996. The work is to be performed in New Castle County, Delaware.
