The work to be performed includes the following principal features: Remove asbestos containing materials from buildings as scheduled and specified. Demolish buildings as scheduled on drawings. Backfill and grade areas to match adjacent elevations. The foregoing outline of principal features does not in any way limit the responsibility of the Contractor to perform all work and furnish all materials required by the drawings and specifications and to perform other work items which may be required or associated with this type of work. Estimated issue date is February 5, 1996. A non-refundable fee of $50.00 will be charged for each bid package requested by a bidder. Such fees shall be in the form of check or postal money order payable to the US Treasury and mailed to Directorate of Contracting Contract Support Division, ATZR-QD (Dewayne Cochrane), PO Box 33189, Fort Sill, OK 73503-0189.
