The work includes providing all materials, labor, equipment, transportation and supervision to remove two existing overhead doors and door tracks. Install one new roll-up curtain type overhead door with electric motor operation to include complete and operational doors with safety devices. Remove siding 3' wide X 15'6'' high, install steel beam to support 8'' steel door frame. Remove 2 each stainless steel exhaust pipes, install siding over holes, match existing siding design. Remove 2 each 6'' pipe post 4' high and the concrete base. Install smooth finish to concrete where post were. Prime and paint all new work, match existing color scheme. Time to complete work is 30 calendar days. The solicitation is being issued unrestricted, and all responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
