Myers, Phone (703)604-0757 The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Delex Systems, Inc. (Delex), 1953 Gallows Road, Vienna, VA 22180, for the design, development, and production of surface ship Harpoon on-board training system computer upgrades for the ''AN/SWG-1A(V) Harpoon Ship Command Launch Control System (HSCLCS-1A) Embedded Trainer (HET)'' as well as develop related computer based training products and curriculum for other Cruise Missile programs. Delex is the only firm possessing the necessary knowledge, personnel, and facilities to provide this effort in the required timeframe. These requirements wil be procured under Contract No. N00019-96-C-0066 with Delex. See note No. 22 and 26 - NAVAIR Synopsis No. 40006-96. (0017)
