Proposed sole source to Carco Electronics, 195 Constitution Drive,
Menia Park, CA 94025. Effort consists of one Model S-660R-3 high
performance real-time three axis flight motion simulator. The
procurement action consists of the following: (a) one Carco Electronics
Three Axis Flight Motion Simulator, (b) one Control Console, (c) one
Hydraulic Suply System, (d) Installation, Acceptance, Testing, and
Training at Customer Facility. This high performance real-time three
axis flight motion simulator will form a part of Redstone Technical
Test Center's (RTTC's) Integrated Subsystem Test and Evaluation
Facility (ISTEF). It is intended to validate the millimeter wave
portion of ISTEF using RTTC's Simulation/Test Acceptance Facility
(STAF) as a baseline. For this reason, it is required that the ISTEF
facility utilize a model flight motion simulator identical to the STAF
facility, which utilized a Carco Electronics Model S-660R-3 flight
motion simulator, therefore, the Carco simulator is the only system
available that will meet RTTC requirements of compatibility and
traceability. Delivery is 12 months ARO. FOB. All offers shall be
