A -- NEW, ULTRA-SENSITIVE VAPOR DETECTION SYSTEM FOR COCAINE AND HEROIN SOL DAAB10-95-C-0014 DUE 020796 POC Sharon Dwyer, Contract Specialist, 540-349-5683. A modification to existing contract DAAB10-95-C-0014 with IonTrack, Incorporated of Wilmington, MA is contemplated in which IonTrack will utilize its patented proprietary technology to provide enhancements for a hand held unit used for the detection of narcotics vapors. IonTrack will be required to provide five full size, field testable systems. The required delivery date is ninety days after award of modification. This procurement will be on a sole source basis. Pursuant to FAR 6.302-1(b)(1), Only One Responsible Source, negotiations are to be conducted only with IonTrack, Incorporated. See Note 22. (0017)
