consists of manual grubbing of vegetation around conifer seedlings to
enhance survival and growth on the Oak Knoll Ranger District, Klamath
National Forest, Siskiyou County, California. This is an indefinite
quantity contract with an option year. Under this contract the
Government shall order a minimum of 300 acres of hand grubbing and a
maximum of 650 acres of hand grubbing for the base year (FY 1996). Date
for receipt of bids has not been established, but is estimated to be in
early March, 1996. All responsible sources may submit an offer which
