Offers are being solicited for Hand Tree Planting on the Libby Ranger District, Kootenai National Forest in Lincoln and Flathead Counties, MT, for 1996, with options to renew for two additional years. The contract will be awarded by Item. Item 1 will range from 600 to 800 acres and 40,000 to 70,000 seedlings in the Spring of 1996, estimated start work date April 8, 1996; 40 calendar days for completion. Item 2 will be approximately 100 acres for 1996; 10 calendar days for completion. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. See Numbered Notes 1 and 26. (016)
