The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure services for the downloading of 300 each HARM WDU-21/B Warheads plus an option to download an additional 100 HARM WDU-21/B Warheads. The downloading operation consists of removing explosive and linear material, and returning the empty cleaned-out warheads to the Navy. The Navy intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Price contract using full and open competition. No award will be made to Foreign or Foreign-owned contractors.
