Advise the on-site removal, inspection, disassembly, repair, installation and testing of subject rudder seals and stern tube seals. FOB Point: Services are to be performed at the various Western Pacific sites including, but not limited to Naval Ship Repair Facilities at Sasebo, Yokosuka and Guam. Note 22 applies. Sole-source to John Crane Marine USA, Buffalo Grove, IL. The proposed contract action is for services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under FAR 6.302.
