The principal components of the work to be performed under these specifications include furnishing and placing riprap shoreline protection, asphalt surfacing repair, and minor concrete repair. The estimated cost of the work is $100,001 to $250,000. The work is situated at Buffalo Bill Dam, in Park County, approximately 5 miles west of Cody, Wyoming. Solicitation packages will be available approximately February 5, 1996. Requests for solicitations should be received on or before February 29, 1996. Bid opening is tentatively scheduled for 10 a.m., March 7, 1996, at the office of the Bureau of Reclamation, Wyoming Area Office, 705 Pendell Boulevard, Mills, Wyoming. The contract must be completed by no later than May 15, 1996. There is no charge for the first copy of the solicitation; additional copies will be provided upon receipt of the nonrefundable check or money order of $9.00 for each copy. After issuance, the solicitation may be viewed, without charge, at the following offices of the Bureau of Reclamation: Great Plains Regional Office, Federal Building, Room 2025, 316 North 26th Street, Billings, Montana; the Wyoming Area Office, 705 Pendell Boulevard, Mills, Wyoming; and the Bighorn Basin Project Office, 702 Yellowstone Avenue, Cody, Wyoming. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the Bureau of Reclamation. All sources responding to this synopsis shall submit information relating to business status, including identification as to whether small, large, minority-owned, and/or woman-owned. For this acquisition, the small business size standard is $17,000,000 and the standard industrial classification code is 1629.
