14 -- ENGINEERING STUDY ON HARM ROCKET MOTOR SOL N00019-93-G-0179 POC Contact, Andre Sheppard, Phone (703)604-2119 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue an order under basic ordering agreement (BOA) N00019-93-G-0179 with Texas Instruments, Incorporated (TI) P.O. Box 405, M/S 3405 Lewisville, Texas 75067-0405. This order is to procure an engineering study to determine how to incorporate changes in the HARM rocket motor configuration and loading procedures which will eliminate and replace ozone depleting substance (ODS). TI is the designer, developer and sole producer of the AGM-88 HARM weapon system and the only known firm possessing the knowledge and intimate familiarity with the HARM system.
