16 -- ASSOCIATED CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT - AN/ALR-67 AND IDECM SOL N00019-96-R-0999 POC Contact, Jeffrey Bartz, Phone (703)604-6100 NAVAIR intends to issue a BOA order for the an Associate Contractor Agreement to provide technical interface data for the AN/ALR-67(V)2 integration into the Integrated Defensive Electronic Countermeasure (IDECM) system. The Government intends to award a sole source contract to Litton ATD, 4747 Hellyer Ave, PO Box 7012, San Jose, CA 95150-7012. Litton ATD as the developer and manufacturer of the AN/ALR-67(V)2 computer, is the only contractor with the requisite capabilities and specialized knowledge to provide the required interface data in accordance with established delivery requirements.
