Sleeves shall be manufactured in accordance with Coast Guard Specification No. 4337-P-243-149 and Coast Guard Drawing No. 243SCCB180WLB10038, Rev. A. Sleeves shall be cast of ASTM-A743 grade CF3M material, centrifugally cast using a rotating mold only. Sleeves shall have a sprayed on coating of nickel-chrome-boron conforming to Colmonoy 69SC. Thickness of the coating shall be a minimum of 0.070'' when finished. The nickel-chrome-boron shall have a 60-62 rockwell ''C'' hardness. Test and inspection requirements shall include chemical analysis, hydrostatic test, size and tolerance, finish, concentricity, and coating hardness. It is intended to award a firm-fixed price contract with the option of extending the quantities of the items as listed herein. Delivery to be F.O.B.
