This is a request for proposal for the acquisition of 15 each Dual Power Supply Assemblies, CP-1822/GSG-10(V), NSN: 6130-01-315-6285 with 100% Option; Delivery to New Cumberland. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source contract with Litton Systems Incorporated, 800 Woodley Ave, Van Nuys, CA as per justification for other than Full and Open competition, Authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source, FAR 6.302-1(b)(2). Litton is the actual manufacturer of this item which is proprietary. The Government does not possess technical data (drawings or specifications). However, all responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Solicitation DAAB07-96-R-E408 will be released under the CECOM Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB).
