The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) requires the services of experts thoroughly familiar with professional developments in the methods and substance of statistical theory, procedures, analysis of data with incomplete or missing information and the weighing and analysis of panel studies. In addition, it is intended that these tasks, develop both a familiarity with the data bases and a high level of professional expertise in the processing and analyzing of these data bases. The IRS also requires knowledge and experience in conducting surveys, dealing with nonresponses, and weighing and analyzing results. This procurement will be a partial small business set-aside, 70% unrestricted and 30% small business, for a base year and four one year options. It is anticipated that two (2) INDEFINITE DELIVERY/INDEFINITEE QUANTITY, TASK ORDER CONTRACTS will be awarded. Large business firms will be restricted from bidding on the areas designated for small businesses. This update is for all the companies who previously responded to IRS-95-0061. IRS is anticipating issuing solicitation IRS-96-0003 on/about 1/2/96. There is no need for any company who is currently on the bidders list to send in a second request.
