The Government does NOT intend to use Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12 for this acquisition. For information purposes, this requirement is a follow-on to contract 68D30015 with Health Resources, Woburn, MA. The total period of performance for this requirement has been revised not to exceed 36 months. The contractor's facility where the medical services will be performed must be located WITHIN the city limits of Boston, MA. (This location requirement is also a revision to the synopsis of 10/27/95.) The solicitation will be issued around 1/25/96 and proposals will be due approximately 30 days after issuance. If you have previously submitted a written request for a copy of the solicitation, you need NOT submit another request in response to this amendment.
