The Contractor shall provide nursing and related services at the Angell Civilian Conservation Center. This includes furnishing all labor and incidentals, other than those provided by the Government, as outlined in the solicitation, necessary to successfully provide Nursing services. The Contractor's services will be provided at the Center. The contract period shall be one calendar year from date of award. At the option of the government, the contract may be renewed for two additional one year periods. The registered nurse must submit proof of certification, licensing or accreditation in the State of Oregon prior to award. The project is located at 335 N.E. Blodgett Road, Yachats, Oregon. To get to the Center go south on Highway 101, approximately 4 miles from Waldport, turn east on Blodgett Road. The Angell Job Corps is approximately 1/2 mile in from Highway 101.
