Y -- DRILLING DRAINAGE WELL SOUTH GILA-14, YUMA COUNTY, ARIZONA SOL 1425-6-SI-30-12000 POC Caryn Rotheim, Procurement Technician, 702-293-8588; Synopsis No. 96-06 The work to be performed under this solicitation is drilling and developing a 24-inch-diameter drainage well to a depth of approximately 210 feet; furnishing and installing steel casing, concrete pad, and steel base plate for well head; and furnishing and installing backfill and crushed rock for well site yard. The drilling site is located approximately 5.5 miles east of Yuma in Section 32, T. 8 S., R. 22 W., Gila and Salt River Meridian (G&SRM), which is in the South Gila Valley, Yuma County, Arizona. Access to site is via existing dirt farm roads located between Interstate 8 frontage road (north) and Highway 95, and between Avenues 5E and 6E. The estimated cost range of this project is $100,001 to $250,000. The performance time for completion of this project is 90 calendar days. The presolicitation notice (SF 1417) for this project is currently available. There is a nonrefundable charge of $10.00 for this solicitation. The estimated issuance date of solicitation is February 29, 1996. The estimated date for receipt of bids is April 3, 1996.
