Construction work includes the provision of interior partitions flooring, ceilings, finishes, doors and windows, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical and fire protection work, and incidental related work, complete and ready for use. Estimated cost range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Firm Fixed Price Contract. Estimated start date is 2 April 1996 with 110 days to complete the work.
