included in this notice -- If the end product(s) quoted is other than domestic end product(s) as defined in the clause entitled ''Buy American Act -- Supplies,'' the quoter shall so state and shall list the country of origin -- The quoter shall state in their quote their size status for this procurement as well as whether they are minority or woman-owned -- The SIC code and the size standard for this procurement are 3541 and 500 employees respectively -- The quoter shall identify place of performance in their quote-- Questions regarding this acquisition must be submitted in writing no later vendor quotes and issue the purchase order will be approximately 45 days from publication of this notice in the CBD -- An ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors, potential offerors, and contractors during the preaward and postaward phases of this acquisition -- The purpose of the ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the contracting officer or the selection official, but to communicate concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations of interested parties to the appropriate Government personnel and to work to resolve them -- When requested, the
