Direction Finding Systems, Frequency range 3-1000 MHZ. Ruggedized, must
meet MIL-STD-810E(2), Environmental Test Methods and Engineering
Guidelines. Rechargeable battery pack, external 10-14 VDC, and 120/220
VAC. 110/220 VAC battery recharger will be provided. Battery charger
will recharge the battery pack from discharge to full charge in less
than 16 hrs. If an external AC/DC adapter is used to operate the system
on AC power, it will be a separate unit from the battery charger. Two
sets of battery packs will be provided. Minimum 4 hr continuous battery
pack operation. Hard-sided foam padded carrying cases for all system
components. Hard-sided carrying cases for antenna/s tripod/s. 18'' x
18'' x 10'' maximum component dimensions (includes antenna/s in stored
configuration). Must be easily carried by a tactical 2-person team.
Coverage 360 deg. Must provide an accurate bearing for radiated signals
of field strength at least 20 uV/m at 3-6 MHZ, 15 uV/M at 6-12 MHZ, 10
uV/m at 12-50 MHZ, 7 uV/m at 50-500 MHZ, 10 uV/m at 500-1000 MHZ. FOB
Destination to Keesler AFB, MS. Delivery 60 days after date of
