Shires, Jr., (703) 810-4680 The On-Site Inspection Agency is seeking potential sources with extensive expertise in personnel management, specifically performance appraisal systems, to provide services necessary for this Agency to implement the ''360'' performance appraisal system. The anticipated scope of these services includes: design or adaptation of an existing system (to include all software to support automation requirements); implementation plan (to include test population followed by Agency-wide implementation); manager, supervisor, and employee training; monitoring, evaluation, and corrective action; and periodic briefings, meetings, refresher training, etc. Interested sources should respond in writing. Information should include evidence of qualified personnel and evidence of past experience performing the same or similar services, particularly for a Federal Agency (preferably within the Department of Defense).
