Temporary Logistics 15. Routine Drydocking 16. Realign Main Engine. Homeport is Dubuque, IA. Vessel length is 75' 5 1/2'' and barge length is 130' 0''. Vessel availability schedule is 06 May 1996. The place of performance for USCGC Wyaconda's May 1996 yard availability is restricted to the Western Rivers of the United States. The ``Western Rivers'' means the navigable portions of Mississippi River and its tributaries above mile O of the Lower MIssissippi River. Navigable tributaries of the Mississippi River include only the waterways within the areas of jurisdiction of Coast Guard Aids to Navigation Facilities as described in Light List Volume V (COMDTINST M16502.5), and the Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway to the mouth of the Mobile River. This includes protected portions of the Intra Coastal Waterway connected to the ``Western Rivers,'' but specifically excludes unprotected or open waters such as Mobile Bay, Lake Borne, or the Gulf of Mexico. There will be a non-refundable charge required in the form of a certified check or money order made payable to the U.S. Coast Guard in the amount of $100.00 for requested U.S. Coast Guard specification reference drawings. The proposed contract listed here is part of the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to both large and small businesses. Plans and specifications will be issued on or after 13 February 1996. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the United States Coast Guard.
