The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 4899. Contract will be awarded for the base year with four 1-year options. These services are only known to be available from Varian Crossed Field because of proprietary data and the Government's lack of technical data, plans, drawings, specifications, or other documentation required for full and open competition. Other concerns having the ability to furnish the above services are requested to give written notification (including the name and telephone number of a point of contact) to the procuring office listed in this notice, with reference made to market survey file # 5-65095, within 45 calendar days from the date of this publication. Responses should provide information regarding the ability of your concern to satisfy the Government's requirement. All responses to this market survey will be considered prior to further acquisition action by the Government.
