Description: This is to obtain a non-competitive acquisition to repair upgrade to the existing computer monitoring system, Bailey Network 90 at the Central Heat Plant at Malmstrom AFB, MT. The repair requires the existing computer monitoring system be retrofit upgraded to the latest computer revision level. The upgrade will include all software in the burner management system to meet current NFPA codes. The existing NET 90 system modules and power supplies shall be removed and new INFI 90 modules installed. The existing operator consoles shall be replaced with OIS-25 consoles. The contractor is to provide seven (7) days on site training on the new system and provide training manuals. The intended source is Bailey Control Company. The Standard Industrial Code is 8999.
