R -- TRANSCRIPTION SERVICE SOL RFP623-7-96 DUE 022696 POC Contact Point, CONTRACT SPECIALIST, (918)683-3261x210, Contracting Officer, CYNTHIA DUE, (918)683-3261x210 The VA Medical Center, Muskogee, Oklahoma, is issuing an unrestricted competitive negotiation solicitation for transcription services to be provided for the VA Tulsa Outpatient Clinic and the VA Medical Center, Muskogee, Oklahoma. The contractor must provide teledictation services for transcription of material having a high incidence of technical terminology and requiring knowledge of specialized vocabulary peculiar to a wide variety of specialty services, such as Compensation and Pension Rating Examinations, Discharge Summaries, Operation Reports, Outpatient Clinic Notices and Radiology Reports. Services required include the contractor furnishing all management, personnel, materials and equipment necessary to provide this service in accordance with the RFP. Contract will be for one year from date of award, with two, one-year options. Estimated issue date is 1-26-96. All responsible sources may submit an offer, award will be made to the responsive, responsible offeror, whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is determined most advantageous to the Government.
