all labor, materials, equipment and inci- dentals required to do
selective demolition and partial renovation of the first and fourth
floors of the Foley Federal Building and United States Courthouse, 300
Las Vegas Blvd, So., Las Vegas, Nevada. The work inlcudes but is not
limited to, installation of metal frame and drywall partitions,
suspended acoustic ceilings, resilient flooring, carpeting, wood and
metal doors, custom millwork, wall covering, painting, electrical
plumbing, HVAC, conversion of a constant volume system to a variable
air volume system, installation of a wheelchair lift system, limited
asbestos abatement of affected materials, testing, adjusting and
balancing of HVAC. Extensive amount of work shall be done off-hours to
avoid disrupting court and office related functions. A Critical Path
Method (CPM) schedule to be prepared by the Contractor will be used in
ensuring the work is properly coordinated and the construction
completion schedule is met. SIC Code: 1542, $17,000,000.00 (not to
exceed $17 Million annual receipts for 3 or more complete fiscal
years).Estimated Cost Range $1,500,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. Completion
time is 270 Calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. The
solicitation package will be available on or about 01/31/96. Solicita-

strongly recommended that all interested parties attend the
Pre-Bid/Site Visit Conference at the pro- ject site (Date, Time,
Location will be provided in the solicitation package). Estimated Bid
Opening Date is 03/05/96. A limited number of solicitation packages
will be available and will be issued on a first come first serve basis.
