The building includes both concrete masonry unit and metal stud interior walls, with gypsum wall board. Other work includes site grading and preparation, installation of underground utilities, all electrical lighting and wiring, HVAC, plumbing, all interior finishes, signage, windows, doors counter, office area, workshop, covered bulk storage area, parts/supply, and associated toilet and mechanical facilities.
