Project shall provide for the complete renovation of two dormitories including demolition of interior shower and toilet masonry walls, toilet fixtures, and other interior items. Work includes but is not limited to HVAC modifications, electrical modifications, plumbing modifications, metal stud and furring with gypsum board at walls and ceilings, carpet, ceramic tile, quarry tile, vinyl wall covering, toilet accessories, doors, frames, hardware and fire sprinkler system. In addition are exterior gutter and downspout work, addition of anodized window screens, roof access, fire line and electrical exterior work. Also included is asbestos abatement.
