The Government intends to award a Sole Source Contract to the Zoological Society of San Diego (ZOO). No other proposals will be accepted. The Zoo will provide professional/expert avicultural services to incubate eggs, hatch and rear fledglings, and maintain fledglings of the endangered San Clemente Island Loggerhead Shrike. Services will include all aspects of the incubation, hatching, hand rearing and veterinary care to the successful propagation of the shrike. Service also includes care and maintance of all adult breeding and non-breeding shrikes in captivity. (0022)
