F -- SUBSOILING SOL SOL R6-1-96-106 DUE 032096 POC Contract Clerk (503) 383-5543 or FAX 503-383-5544 This project consists of securing the services of two winged subsoilers and tractors with operators for a minimum of 1200 tractor hours and a maximum of 2600 tractor hours to be used for, but not limited to, subsoiling of compacted soils, slash piling, and fireline construction; and for equipment transportation for a minimum of 50 miles and maximum of 1,000 and a minimum of two moves and a maximum of 25 moves for the purpose of moving the Contractor's subsoiler and tractor. Work will be on the Bend/Fort Rock Ranger District. Approximate start date is 04/01/96. Contract time is approximately 245 days. This is 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns.
