Work under this solicitation will consist of testing agency provided samples of asphalt cement, emulsified asphalt, modified emulsified asphalt, cut-back asphalt, modified asphalt cement, superpave performance graded (PG) asphalt binder, and recovered asphalt. Tests will be performed in accordance with applicable AASHTO test methods. Laboratories must be fully accredited by AASHTO.
