Provide urologist to perform urology examinations at the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Medical Center, Battle Creek, Michigan and VA Outpatient Clinic Grand Rapids, Michigan. Services are required one day per week at VA Battle Creek and one day bi-weekly at the VA Outpatient Clinic Grand Rapids, Michigan. Individuals proposed to work under this contract will perform initial and follow up consultations as requested, which may include examination, evaluation, medication, treatment and/or recommendations for patients with varied urologic needs.
