Army Corps of Engineers will solicit proposals for a Real Property Management Company to manage and perform all management services, such as inspections, operations, and maintenance (both ongoing and preventative) required for a safe and operational building located in Linthicum, Maryland, and containing 259,830 square feet of space. The services will include, but not be limited to the following: (1) complete building management, maintenance, and operations, (2) janitorial services, (3) HVA Coperations and maintenance, both preventative and ongoing, (4) Electrical - operations and maintenance, both preventative and ongoing, and (5) Elevators - operations and maintenance, both preventative and ongoing. A contract will be awarded to the offeror whose offer is determined to be the Best Value to the Government. Proposals will be evaluated based on past performance, experience, financial capabilities and price.
