V -- MEALS AND LODGING FOR ARMED FORCES APPLICANTS, MEPS, RALEIGH, NC SOL DAKF40-96-B-0002 DUE 031596 POC Contract Specialist REBECCA McGLOTHLIN EXT 224 (910) 396-4362 (Site Code DAKF40) Contractor shall furnish facilities, furniture, equipment, and supplies, all management, supervision, and labor to provide lodging accommodations, meal services, parking, and transportation for applicants processing at the Raleigh Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) for the period 1 July 96 through 30 June 97, with three one-year option periods. Contractor shall provide single and double occupancy motel/hotel rooms, suppers, and breakfasts the following morning. Contractor's lodging/meal establishment shall be located within twelve (12) driving miles by car by the most direct route of the front entrance of the MEPS located at 2625 Appliance Court, Raleigh, North Carolina. If Contractor's facility is located beyond two (2) blocks from the MEPS, the contractor shall provide transportation to move the applicants from the contractor's facility to the MEPS. Due to automation of the Bidders' Mailing List, certain pertinent information is required before vendors can be added to the list. It is therefore required that all requests for the solicitation include the vendor's business size. For determining business size on this project, the Standard Industrial Code is 7011, and to be considered a small business under this code, average annual receipts for a firm and its affiliates for the past three fiscal years must not exceed $5 million.
