Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, mobilization and demobilization for work at Naval Complex Charleston, Charleston, South Carolina. The contract includes 5 line items; Items 1 and 2, base bid for work on thepier, parking and unit priced items, Item 3, base bid for work on Building 681, and Items 4 and 5, are options for additional work on the pier. The work, at existing concrete pier, two story building and parking lots, consists of: (1) Rehab of powerand telephone shoreties, exterior lighting, utility repairs, pier grounding, ship gangways, misc building and pier improvements, heating and compressed air systems rehab, security fencing, parking lot and site repairs. (2) Two options for additionalpier lighting, power and telephone shoreties, and misc pier improvements. Estimated price range is for Items 1 and 2: $350,000 - $600,000, and for Items 3, 4 and 5: $350,000 - $600,000. Total price range for all items is $700,000 - $1,200,000.Duration for contract period is approximately 6 months.
