Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary for rowhouse conversions at USCG Air Station Cape Code, Bourne, MA (Barnstable County). Base bid includes the conversion of four (4) row type, multi-plex housing units from adjacent two-bedroom units to two (2) unified four-bedroom units. Work includes but is not limited to: masonry wall demolition; construction/remodeling of kitchens, bathrooms, stairs and walls; installation of doorways, steel beams, kitchen cabinets, bathroom furnishings, flooring, plumbing, heating duct; and incidental related work. Optional provision for conversion of two (2) additional units into one (1) four-bedroom unit. Estimated cost of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
