Each are 210,000 SF, 1,000 person dorms. The kitchens and dining facilities will be entirely redone. The remainder of the facilities are to be upgraded to current standards. This will include electric, HVAC, fire protection and HTRW abatement. Estimated Cost Range: 10,000,000 to 25,000,000 - - Bid sets available at $155.00 for half-size and $355.00 for full-size.
