Construct Project No. FNWZ 93-0143, to include as a minimum, pavement section replacement (removal of the existing base, and asphalt - followed by placement of new base and asphalt) at Taxiway E (formerly Taxiway 4) on the airfield at Dyess AFB, Texas. The estimated construction time is 250 calendar days which includes an estimated 20 hours of downtime. Contractor shall furnish all layout, survey, plant, labor, supervision, quality control, materials, equipment, machines, tools, appliances, services, supplies, and incidentals and of performing all operations in connection with the Repair of Taxiway ``E'' on the Airfield at Dyess AFB, Texas, complete and in strict accordance with the plans and specifications.
